Attendee Mailing List Rental Form

NOTICE:  Lists comprised of the names, address, and other identifying information of meeting attendees compiled by ASM constitute proprietary trade secrets owned by ASM.  The information contained in such lists is confidential, economically valuable, and not readily ascertainable.  Any use of such lists without the express written consent of ASM is strictly prohibited.  Authorized users of such lists may not copy, share, or reproduce the information contained therein without the express written consent of ASM.

 



Exhibitor Workshop.........$1,500

Invite your current and potential customers to learn more about your best products and unique expertise through an ASM Biodefense Exhibitor Workshop. Workshops are a great way for you to reach conference attendees in a personal and intimate manner. Application and Guidelines

Supporter Receives:

    • Session room at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park setup with classroom or theater-style seating
    • Workshop description listed in the 2015 ASM Biodefense Meeting Final Program
    • Inclusion of your workshop program in the 2015 ASM Biodefense Meeting Attendee Newsletter
    • One (1) Pre-Registration Attendee Mailing List
    • One (1) promotional sign (24”x36”) displayed near main registration or in a high traffic area (supporter to provide signage)

Deadlines:

    • December 9, 2014 – Application deadline with listing in Final Program
    • After December 9, 2014 – Applications will be accepted, but are not guaranteed a listing in the Final Program

 

Attendee Newsletter.........$1,000

Capture the attention of your target audience by advertising on the leaderboard ad placed at the top of the attendee newsletter.  Delivered to all attendees a week before the meeting, this electronic newsletter provides attendees with important symposium, registration, and housing information to help them navigate the meeting once they arrive.  

Supporter Receives:

    • Leaderboard ad with link at the top of the attendee newsletter email
      Dimensions: 570 pixels wide x 90 pixels high
      *Recommended format: JPEG with link to designated website

Deadlines:

    • January 15, 2015 – Ad space/prototype/payment
    • January 22, 2015 – Ad materials due

Distribution Method:

    • Emailed to all pre-registered attendees.

 

Badge Holder Lanyards.........$4,500

Provided to every attendee at registration, lanyards ensure the participating advertiser maximum visibility with meeting attendees.

Supporter Receives:

    • Corporate logo on lanyard offering exposure to all attendees.

Deadlines:

    • December 1, 2014 – Ad space/prototype/payment
    • December 8, 2014 – Logo artwork due

Coffee and Snack Break.........$5,000

Make your presence felt as attendees network and recharge during one of this year’s coffee breaks. Depending on the time of day, your support will provide attendees with coffee and either bagels and pastries, or snacks and chips.

Exhibit Hall Passport.........$350

As a supporting participant of the Exhibit Hall Passport, your company can join in the fun while greatly increasing your booth traffic.

Participating attendees will visit supporting booths to have their passport stamped and entered into a raffle for a chance to win a prize.
