Pre-registration deadline – January 23, 2009

 

Information relating to registration rates and methods to register for the 7th Biodefense and Emerging Diseases Research Meeting will be posted to this webpage by mid-July.

 

All attendees must register. In order to guarantee your attendance, we strongly recommend that you pre-register no later than January 23, 2009.

Online Registration will open on October 24, 2008

Guests
Guests may not attend scientific sessions but will have access to exhibits, posters, lunch and the reception during the meeting.

Students
Registrants requesting student fees must provide either a legible photocopy of a current University ID or a letter on University letterhead from the department chair, indicating your status and anticipated graduation date. Only undergraduate through pre-doctoral students are eligible for the student rate.

Member Rates
ASM membership numbers that are current for 2009 must be included when registering for registrants to be eligible for member rates. Membership numbers are verified by the registration company. ASM reserves the right to charge the higher non member rate without notification if a member number is not included or cannot be verified. Badge Pick-up Policy
Badges will only be issued to the attendee of record upon presentation of government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport. 

Cancellations
To cancel a registration, email biodefense@asmusa.org. Cancellations must be received by January 23 for a refund of registration fees, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Registrations are not transferable.
